This year I chose to hire Minta as my instructional assistant to again help in teaching the 200 hour Yoga Certification course. I was wonderfully supported by her help this year. I particularly enjoy her confidence regarding postural alignment principals and her ability to adjust and instruct students. She is able to correct their alignment in ways that are physically beneficial but also offer informative teaching opportunities. As a teacher she models great sequencing, clear instruction and simple adaptations to avoid risk. Her personal practice is a beautiful example of body awareness.
