Through fun, age appropriate activities Minta creates space for children to strengthen their focus muscle, connect to themselves and each other, learn to use breath to regulate their emotions, and offers techniques for deep relaxation.
WITH HER THERAPEUTIC STYLE OF TEACHING, A BACKGROUND IN PRE AND POSTNATAL YOGA TRAINING AND BARING AND BIRTHDAY HER OWN CHILD THIS LAST YEAR, MINTA ENJOYS WORKING WITH SPECIALIZED FOCUSES EITHER IN A PRIVATE, GROUP PRIVATE OR SPECIAL EVENT SETTING.
