Minta integrates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of yoga into her teaching in such a way that I feel very 'embodied’ and grounded within myself during and after each of her classes.

She is sincerely devoted through her yoga training and practice to benefitting every person she comes in contact with. I always leave her yoga class uplifted and energized. She is very skilled at communicating to different leveled students in the same class, she has a lovely way of organizing the sequence of the asanas. Through attending Minta’s classes my own practice has deepened and improved immensely.

I took your advice, and Kevin and I did a practice with Minta. It was a fabulous experience! Thank you Minta for sharing your light with the youths 'of all ages' in our community. You have worked with small children, young adults, pregnant adults, people injured physically and emotionally, seniors, and even the zany like myself. And to all of them you have shared something bright, something special, something that makes them believe more in themselves. Your island will always be home, and we will miss you.

I can't believe this class happens at my home. THIS class. It could be any class, any teacher, and I would be grateful to have it happening where I live. But Minta... After so many years of practice and study of different healing avenues, I deeply appreciate the way you show up, what you offer and the space you hold for me to have my own experience. Amazeballs!

WEEKLY CLASSES HELD AT HEARTSONG CENTER and HUM YOGA HOUSE
The most important work Minta offers is that of Embody Love Movement. A movement geared towards body-liberation, transcendent self-acceptance, and the undeniable ripple effect this inner transformation has on overall impact.
Through fun, age appropriate activities Minta creates space for children to strengthen their focus muscle, connect to themselves and each other, learn to use breath to regulate their emotions, and offers techniques for deep relaxation.
With her therapeutic style of teaching, a background in pre/postnatal yoga and birthing children of her own, Minta enjoys working with specialized focuses either in a private, group private, or special event setting.
